In 2018, the Implementation Phase of the U-LEAD with Europe Program aimed at improving the quality of administrative services for the population began in Ukraine. The implementation phase involves support for the creation and modernization of centers for the provision of administrative services in communities – partners of the “U-LEAD with Europe” Program in all regions of Ukraine with the aim of providing high-quality and affordable administrative services for the population and businesses.
Bilokorovytska village united territorial community is a participant in the 2nd round of the Implementation Phase of this Program. With the support of the Program, the Center for the provision of administrative services of the Belokorovytsia Village Council and a remote workplace in the village were created. New Bilokorovychi.
Bringing services closer to residents is an important component of the Program’s activities. That is why special attention is paid to the integration of the most demanded administrative services into the Central Administrative Service. Their integration takes place in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 16, 2014 No. 523-r “Some issues of providing administrative services of executive authorities through administrative service centers”.
The space of the center is 164.13 m2, which is zoned in accordance with the requirements of the law. Modern equipment, accessibility for people with disabilities and visitors with children — all this was created to meet the needs of the residents of our community.
Administrators of the National Center for Social Security Services ensure the provision of services in the areas of: registration of residence, issuance of permit documents, services of structural subdivisions of Bilokorovytsia Village Council, local services (land, housing, etc.), as well as social services.
